Purpose

The research community has a responsibility to provide the knowledge needed to move our society towards positive changes while impacting our youths. As such, the purpose of this conference is to promote youth employability and globalization. Apart from academics the conference aims at attracting a variety of business organizations with an interest in youth, employment and globalization, hence providing a space to blend theory and practice as well as to identify best practices.

Introduction

To have a better understanding into the objective of this conference we define globalization as a financial, economic, educational, technological, psychological, cultural, leadership and many other areas that interconnect and correspond with the interests of young people. We are living in a very complex, and fast-paced era. Consequently, the Youth Employability and Globalization Conference goal is to engage the research community, and promote the improvement of research and evaluation youth employability and globalization. Additional, it will foster professional collaboration between persons who promote research, conduct research, utilize research findings in the field, and nurture student researchers to improve the state of the world for future generations. Globally, leaders are struggling to take action on critical economic, political and societal issues ascending in a variety of circumstances fuelled not only by globalization, but also by youth employability.

Call for Papers:

You are invited to submit abstracts that provide insights into key research issues that involve youth, employability and/or globalization. Submissions should be uploaded as Word Document. Your abstract should not exceed 1500 words. Your contribution should be written in English, submitted on time and be relevant with the overall conference theme objectives.

One person can submit a maximum of two abstracts no later than November 15, 2013. Students are encourage to submit abstracts. Please email your abstract to info@nevalliance.com .
