Tools for social and group learning/teaching

I've put together a small Wiki where I describe eleven tools for co-operative and group work, such things as class room blogs, wikispaces etc..its here:http://eleventoolsfrommalta.wikispaces.com/
I'd like to know if anny one is using these or similar tools for crooss border co-operation, and if you have any other suggestions as to useful tools.
