worldwide Network to support School in implementing Education for Non-violence.
The Network is supporting initiatives for violence to decrease in schools and in communities around the world. Each year Run This Way launch campaign for school to promote education for non-violence through race and walk. Thousands of students run and walk
Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
1- explaining the foundamental concept in education for nonviolence
Education for non-violence basic is the golden rule
«treat others has you wish to be treated». The main proposal
is to built relations with others according the best possibilities
and abilities of oneself and the environment.
2- explaining the fields of violence
Fields of daily life:
individual
immediate environment - school, friends, family
global system
3- explaining Run This Way program since 2011.
4- explaining the Global student motivation in the project "adding my kilometer for Malala" - to protect education from attack.
(this year more than 15,000 students around Canada, Europe, South America, Europe participate in the program, and all kilometer will be donated to Malala has a symbolic gesture).
