Hello all,
I'm a global studies/resource/curriculum person at my school and I am trying to help set up a pen pal exchange for a 6th grade language arts teacher. If anyone abroad is interested, please let me know. There was a great program we were going to go through, but their deadline for signing up has passed. I wanted to still seek something out for her because there's such a great opportunity for learning and sharing through writing letters to others!
The program we were looking at had students exchange letters 3x during the year which was nice because it allowed for learning and discussion to take place about other people, other ideas and issues and other countries but doesn't always have to seem like "something else to do". That would be a great exchange if we could find someone to partner with.
