Just wanted to announce a new resource that would be good for teachers interested in contemporary global issues. The Global Affairs Monitor is a monthly, online service from World Savvy. Each month's issue compiles the most recent information and analysis on critical issues - and presents it all in one place so you can get a comprehensive picture of the issue. Each edition also contains a classroom companion, providing some recommended resources and ideas, so you can bring this issue into the classroom as well.
