The Building Learners Project (http://blog.teachersfirst.com/blp/about/) is looking for teachers worldwide to complete our group of 100 teachers (and their students). The project invites teachers and students of all levels and in all subjects to work with a powerful and visually-rich new web 2.0 tool as part of a supported, documented pilot creating web-based and offline projects. This is the perfect chance to be paired with another classroom or to create cooperative groups with classes in other locations. You can also work simply within your own classes until you want to branch out. We have about half the slots filled, and we need the rest before September. Check out the link to the "About" page to learn more: http://blog.teachersfirst.com/blp/about/. The project organizers are English-speaking, though we do have at least one teacher interested in working in Spanish, as well. See a review of the actual tool here: http://www.teachersfirst.com/single.cfm?id=8892 This project is FREE and gives you premium level access to the tool. The Building Learners Project blog (http://blog.teachersfirst.com/blp/) serves as the project hub. Join us!
