Hi Everyone -
Someone in the meebo chat listed at the bottom of the page recently commented that this network is really growing fast and that this was exciting. I have to agree... I'm so pleased that teachers want to come together.
That said, I'm not sure if anyone here has been able to connect and launch projects with students. I thought perhaps we could all connect at another level by devising a set of global education standards that we think all teachers, students, and administrators should meet. I've asked various sources if such a set of standards exists, and I've never really gotten a thorough answer.
What do you think of this idea? Perhaps we could beginning building standards in a wiki or something. Post a thought or two and we'll go from there.
