Adobe Youth Voices [ http://youthvoices.adobe.com/ ] is Adobe's global philanthropic initiative that empowers youth worldwide to comment on their world using multimedia and digital tools to communicate and share their ideas, demonstrate their potential, and take action in their communities.
iEARN [ http://www.iearn.org ] is one of five founding non-profit partners that helped to launch the Adobe Youth Voices program in 2006, and is currently administering Adobe Youth Voices programs in Argentina, Bahrain, Belarus, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, China, East Jerusalem, Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, and the USA.
Since 2006, iEARN has been conducting online courses as part of the Adobe Youth Voices Program for participants from over 20 countries. In this session, three iEARN Online Course Facilitators will share what works and what does not work in facilitating online training for educators on how to support youth media making and integrate it into the classroom. Below is an outline of the presentation:

- What is an online course and why an Adobe Youth Voices online course?
- Recruitment of course participants and facilitators
- Course format and training methodologies used
- What works and what does not work
