Humanity's unsustainable mode of living must gradually give way to a new global consciousness as we realize our interdependence with all others in the human and Earth family. If you're an educator who embraces the possibility for teaching to contribute to the interconnected goals of social justice, human wellness and environmental sustainability, please apply for this week-long institute.
We are seeking a diverse group of committed, enthusiastic educators to comprise our first cohort in this transformational learning experience emphasizing the relationship between inner and outer change. We'll spend five days at the beautiful Whidbey Institute, Whidbey Island, Wa. exploring what has heart and meaning for us in this signifcant point in history, and we'll discuss how to support our students in becoming aware, caring citizens who want to make a difference in the world.
