In an effort to target how to bridge domestic and global diversity, the session will:
- Explore individual cultural background and how it effects relationships with others.
- Demonstrate comprehension of culture and navigation of differences and cross-cultural conflicts.
- Explain levels of diversity, power and privilege, and its importance to becoming a change agent.
- Experience creating effective cross-cultural relationships and working in a multicultural forum.
- Facilitate a program to educate the school community about intercultural issues.

Please edit your proposal (go to the OPTIONS button in the upper right hand corner) and add the required conference tags (see step 9 of the call for proposals).
