Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Innovative. Flexible. Collaborative. Learning spaces of today’s classrooms are evolving due to the dramatic advances in technology and with the growing emphasis on global collaboration. It is time to jump out the box of traditional spaces that restrict pedagogical innovation and to redesign spaces for maximum engagement and integration of technology. This fast paced session will show participants ways that learning space redesign can act as a catalyst to support sustainable change in teaching and learning in FIVE SIMPLE STEPS! Examples from our World School program will demonstrate (1) seamless integration of technology, (2) collaborative learning space design, (3) spaces that evolve the role of a teacher from a distant lecturer to a facilitator of learning, (4) spaces that foster creativity, and (5) space design that is flexible and centered on the learner. As schools are seeking ways to transform traditional classroom environments into creative learning spaces that transform learning and foster global collaborations, this session will provide a TRAIN THE TRAINER workshop and will provide participants with ready-to-implement ideas for all types of learning environments!

Hi Lucy,
I cannot apologize enough. I tried to get on to reply to you yesterday from my phone, but was having trouble. I had an urgent personal situation come up yesterday, and sadly had to miss my session. As I had been publicizing it, I am sure I had people come, so I feel horrible. Again I apologize and wish you all the best conference! It is amazing this year.
Warm Regards,
Jennifer
No worries! Glad everything is okay. If you want to reschedule, let us know. We still have another day!
