Misinformation, or "fake news" is not new, but it has proven especially prolific and fast-moving when spread via social media, and can have dangerous outcomes in this Covid-19 era.
These special initiatives will equip educators, students and all of us to tell fact from fiction, and allow us to participate in "combating the pandemic of misinformation."
