I'm envious of GEC members Ken Shelton and Carol Anne McGuire who are off globe trotting with students via Discovery Student Adventures! You can follow their adventures through their blog, complete with video footage and photos. The trip leaders are also using Twitter to communicate with others.
Teachers can apply to lead trips all over the world in the next year or so. I wish I could apply, but I'm not currently working directly in a school. Applicants must currently be teaching in a grade 5- 12 classroom. For more information, follow this link.
