I am interested to see if anyone knows of any surveys that follow
how receptive teachers or their students are to global approaches in the context
of K-12 subject matter ?

If you get a response to this please let me know as well. I'm conducting an informal kind of research project at my school on the same topic...trying to somehow quantify attitudes before and after exchanges.
