Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Using the work of the Education Beyond Borders this presentation will showcase a global, collaborative professional learning project undertaken in Canada, Kenya and Tanzania. An overview of the program will be provided as will the steps needed to successfully develop and sustain collaborative professional learning communities. Current research on collaborative professional learning will be discussed.
