Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
Metanoya Foundation is committed to changing the world, one person at a time. One of the programs of the foundation, Financial Aid and Scholarship Budgeting (FABS), is focused on assisting high school seniors with funding and budgeting options for college, as well as how to complete an appropriate and engaging scholarship packet. A virtual seminar is used to expose students and their parents/guardians to financial aid packages available for college, how to budget appropriately for college and how to prepare an appropriate and engaging scholarship packet.
Every year, prospective college students submit thousands of scholarship applications, with the expectation of financial aid toward the high cost of college. It is estimated that many of these scholarship applications are submitted to community organizations. The quality of the applications are abysmal. Metanoya Foundation’s virtual seminar is designed to assist student in preparing well-prepared and engaging scholarship applications. The goal is to increase the likelihood that students receive well-deserved financial aid.
The presentation to the Global Conference participants will be an overview of this engaging seminar and an opportunity to participate in the Foundation’s free virtual seminars. The focus will include how to engage students, parents, and communities using virtual seminars.

Hi Maleika -
Does your organization support students outside of the US as well? This proposal needs to have some ties to our global mission: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/notes/The_GEC_Mission_Stat.... We are not a general education conference.
Thanks,
Lucy Gray
