Short Session Description (one line): Hear directly from students about their experiences participating in iEARN’s Photojournalism 2.014: Heritage, Hunger and Food Security program and traveling to Tajikistan for its concluding event.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Join us as students from the Center for Global Studies in Norwalk, CT, U.S. discuss their participation in iEARN’s Photojournalism 2.014: Heritage, Hunger and Food Security program, a project that engaged high school students and educators in the U.S., Pakistan, and Tajikistan in cross-cultural collaboration to help them develop photojournalism and media skills through the lens of food heritage, hunger, and food security.  The students will share multimedia and present on their photojournalism project, as well as reflect on the trip to Tajikistan that they participated in at the conclusion of the program to attend the international workshop and exhibition and connect in person with their peers from Pakistan and Tajikistan.  The students will end with a question and answer session.
