Target Audience: the gifted and brightest at any age (Grade 1 through adult)

Session Title: GLOBAL FRIENDSHIPS MADE EASY: A useful problem-solver for smart students.

Session Description:

This is an extra-curricular project for first-graders who had pre-school training or students at any level with time on their hands. It is in two parts. Part 1 is THE ESPERANTO TRICYCLE (featuring Apprenticeship Language Learning developed in Australia). Part 2 is LEARNING FROM ATOMS (an unrelated but well-received global project). It utilizes the E:P:N projects from my eBook at http://clozeonline.us/ebook. When implemented together, I refer to them as the GLOBAL FRIENDSHIP PATH TO SUCCESS. Below are eight of the 12 months and their respective focus.

ESPERANTO, THE APPRENTICESHIP LANGUAGE

Month 1: Nouns, pronouns, adjectives, and words we need for asking and answering questions.

Month 2: Verbs, adverbs, conversation starters, and words to add emphasis.

Month 3: Prepositional phrases—making things come alive!

Month 4: Actually talk and text with other global learners about things they have in common via Skype.

Month 5: Converse with learners abroad (using E-o, the world’s apprenticeship language).

Month 6: Social learning using both Esperanto and English with their new friends abroad.

Month 7: Deciding which natural language they wish to learn one day.

Month 8: Unstructured learning with Esperanto-spoken friends from the target country.

Also, if you are promoting a "commercial program", you need to be a sponsor of the conference. Please remove references to your commercial program if you'd like to be considered for acceptance without sponsorship.

      Thanks,
