Notre Dame Institute of Education is a renowned institution for providing quality education programs at postgraduate level for past 20 years. It is affiliated with a private university in Australia that facilitates in curriculum planning and implementation, quality assurance initiative that includes peer-assessment of instructional plans and students' assessment. This institutional partnership has been catalyst in raising the standard of teaching and learning, institutional planning, opportunities for professional development of staff, sharing library and other facilities to students and faculty to ensure academic excellence.
This study presents the framework of intervention made at the NDIE and how leadership and staff are working towards achieving the international standard, also how their capacities (both leadership as well as institutional) are build through this partnership. This will also present their success stories, highlight the issues of quality and accessibility in achieving their goals, furthermore internalizing the initial hiccups of implementing new initiatives in educational context.
