TEACHING A NOMAD POPULATION

                 The internet and the rapid changes in sciences and political arenas together with the globalization of the nations have created new needs and challenges in training and education. The adult population of immigrants, refugees, migrant workers and naturalized citizens are steadily increasing as masses of people migrate to North, East, West, and to the South of our planet social skills and training are rapidly need it and required by this new societies.  English, Spanish, French, Chinese, and computers are skills necessary to survived in ever changing society. Systems, theories, strategies and networks are used to help this adult population to improve communication. Globalization is changing the way knowledge is constructed and delivered. Professors, teachers, coaches, advisors, and providers are capable of using Wikis to start collaboration in specific topics that are well structured and delivered through a number of programs that have similar platforms containing frames that are well planned in curriculums carrying detailed lesson plans of interest to learners in our global society. The channels of communication with the masses is so instant that one instructor can communicate any subject to our global population.

             Hybrid Education is a technological system that facilitates Learning, there are several ways to teach with hybrid tools, by platforms and frames that gives us the opportunity to used technology as a vehicle in open highways for a digital mass media communications. Classroom 2.0, Illuminate, Moodle, WiZiQ, VOXOPOP, PBworks, and wiki's are all programs with a similar platform that provides tools of synchronization capabilities that open the highways of communications facilitating learning, allowing participants to collaborate online environments call forums. It is imperative to have an alternate type of education I as a teacher and facilitator can provide a complete curriculum with their respective lesson plans and instructions on how to implement presentable and virtual or distant learning in your school or organization. This web base school uses video and audio, duly blackboards for collaboration. Teachers form team courses, discussions boards for peer collaboration, e-lectures, blogs for homework’s, reports and different tags that help the student to be engage in learning. Each Tribe, Country or State has it's own frame of education with their respective standards, curriculum, and a lesson plan to be implement on a school district or an school, Is our duty to give and take different designs and trainings so we all students can take advantage of every course.
