Global Teacher Garden

Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
Each Skype in the Classroom session is followed by students honoring the teacher at the other end. Learning Partners reciprocate. This project is named Tree Twinning. Each sapling planted is twinned a fully grown tree. This tree is Google Mapped and a Certificate of Virtual Ownership issued to the Learning Partners. At ensuing cultural exchange, Learning Partners are invited to hug the tree and eat it's fruits. Stay as guests at homes of online classmates.

The presentation will try to answer the following questions.

How language learning from natural language speakers occur during this connected learning session?

How does students gain global cultural understanding?

How does peace happen through Social Networking Homes?

How cfan the attendees join the fun?
