Full Session Description:
I will discuss the different avenues of using twitter to reach across demographics, across boundaries, across barriers to meet and collaborate with fellow educators in meaningful ways. We will look at the Arab spring and make analogies to needed gestalt changes in education and how twitter can be used to get us there. Finally we will discuss the basics for beginner and seek input from veterans on best practices in using twitter for professional growth, networking and sharing.
