I would like to talk about the importance of developing Transformational Leadership in a school to prepare teachers to be educational coaches (personal coach would be the best transformational leadership representative) in order to make coaching interactions with the students, exploring beliefs, emotions and diferent aspects that may make their personal development harder.
This will definitely impact to their academic performance and their whole life as well, which will aproach to the real meaning of the word EDUCATION
Transfromational leadership development will also train teachers, students parents and principals to become change agents of their own school, (Organizational development in the school).
In this way schools will not depend on external cunsulting services such as personal coaches or organizational development consultants.
In other words, this kind of developemnt can prepare the school comunity to transform not only human beings but also their school as an organization.
