identifying the needs of all students is the basic step for teacher to optimally respond to their need . now, the questions are :
- what these needs are?
- do teachers needs tools for the process of identifying ?
- do these tools are same for all students ?
- what are the ways of responding ?
- do teachers need more training to have the suitable skills ?
- do these duties cause more burdens on teachers ?
to achieve these objectives need a global efforts to reach to world goal related to inclusive and quelity education for all.
