Hello.
I am looking for examples of classroom collaboration projects between students in the Middle East and/or students in the Middle East + elsewhere. If you know of any great projects, I would love to hear about them!
Thanks!

Hi Anna
I teach in Australia but have been part of the flatclassroom project which is run by Julie Lindsay in Qatar and Vicki Davis in USA. A ning has also been set up for social networking. Students in this project come from many countries including Qatar, Oman, USA, Australia, Spain etc The final section of the project requires students to make a video on their group topic. Part of this is outsourced from students in another country.

Why Not? was an ideal program, and its design will serve as a model for a long time. Unfortunately, the program itself lost funding and no longer exists. Here is a detailed description of our experience.
