Now Accepting Applications for Primary Source NEH Summer Institute in Turkey
Travel to Turkey this summer and experience Primary Source's new summer institute for teachers, Ottoman Cultures: Society, Politics and Trade in the Turkish Empire, 1299-1922. The three-week institute will be held in Turkey (Istanbul and surrounding cities) and will run from July 8 – 26, 2013. The course will include a 5-day excursion to Anatolia to retrace the 150-year expansion of the Ottoman state. All K-12 educators are invited to apply.
