People say it is good to immerse yourself in the target language country, however, due to the financial situation and personal issues, not all the people are able to devote their time and money and relocate themselves to the place.
Use the benefits of technology, language teachers are able to use convenient of technologies to connect language learners with native speakers such as Skype, Gtalk, QQ...etc. Take Mandarin Chinese for example, currently in Mainland China and Taiwan, schools are expanding themselves toward Internationally. It will not be too hard for language teachers to find cooperate schools. Also, there are studies shown that language learners learn better with their peers. Therefore, as this thought being applied in language world, the closer the distance between us.
