Full Session Description (one paragraph minimum): Xenos is a virtual world where language learners play games and participate in activities that support English language learning. The expansive learning space immerses young and old alike in new contexts across a variety of colorful and engaging zones populated by other English language learners, coaches, mentors and teachers. Players learn to listen, read, speak and write in English, while playing games and creating digital photos, video and music. Our project team will introduce session you to the world and games of Xenos, while suggesting ways you can get involved as we open our beta to a global audience in summer 2013 and beyond.
