Science teaching has to be dynamic, real and should inculcate true spirit and instill scientific values in students/learners. Day to day scientific transactions in classrooms should be capable of instilling scientific temper and inquiry in the young minds and connect to the real world problems in their vicinity which are local yet global. It’s inevitable in this current world scenario to foster global competencies and 21st century skills along with scientific teaching learning processes in the classrooms. This is possible when there is an effective instructional pedagogy to transact both the science as well as 21st century skills at the same time.  This model can be implemented through projects or various activities carried out in the classrooms.This paper attempts to propose an instructional pedagogical model which can serve the dual purpose.
