This session will share the stories and secrets for making global collaboration a successful experience for both the faculty and students in higher education. Attendee discussion will be encouraged.
Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
Univesity students must be global citizens to succeed in their future world. This means that they must be knowledgeable about the world and feel comfortable with engaging in working with their peers in other cities, states, and countries. If you are going to involve your students in such activities, you will need to provide experiences for them in your higher ed classes. The purpose of session is to provide examples and strategies for higher education programs to provide successful global collaboration activities. We hope that this will spur discussion that will allow educators from the world over to share their successes and challenges.
