The conditions of an environment can not be static, everything revolves and causes it to become more dynamic the environment, this implies changes, changes in all the senses in education after JOHN AMOS COMENIUS, traditional school, new school and all those related to education, there are also changes, today in this world, we seek a better relationship in the classroom, mentioned thought, knowledge, greater participation, SKILLS, skills development but what are the skills? Is the solution to a world that demands greater preparation of both the teacher and student? Understand that it is a competition, is to identify (personally) the environment and then develop according to the different tasks that arise in everyday life.
Dr. MAGALY RUIZ, is immersed in this space what are the skills and stresses understanding and comprehending that it is the skills, you have to know what is its origin? How come? Dr. Magaly Ruiz concerned, Noam Chomsky's theory, which said that knowledge already exists, it is implied, Noam Chomsky's argument is that the child and brings "something" and is either considered an innate, here arises, according to Dr. Magaly, this is the origin of what would be the birth of skills. As teachers we have in our hands an arduous task for both the social benefit for personal gain, we talk socially in the responsibility we have to our students who will be a reflection of the society we are or we are forming as well as the benefit itself which will be reflected in our motivation to improve ourselves: this involves constant improvement, increasing our ability to strive for what we care and we are more able to get it.
