Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
During the past decade, "digital divide," or the widening gap between the technological "haves" and "have nots" was really a big issue globally. Many people are saying that this gap will become even wider after a few years and that significant number of poor people and nations will be left behind in the revolution of information technology.
In this session, the condition of the digital divide in a third world country particularly the Philippines will be discussed. Also the effects of this global issue to the teaching and learning processes will also be tackled. Technology being a very helpful tool nowadays must be accessed and used effectively by all as much as possible. As educators, it is our job to help in thinking of some probable solutions on how we can lessen this widening gap.

Sorry, but this still does not fit our mission. While technology is mentioned often during our sessions and is a key component to global collaboration, it is not the focal point of our conference. Please read our mission statement because it makes it quite clear.
There is not enough evidence in this proposal as it stands to indicate that you will focus on global efforts to bridge the digital divide. Perhaps if you were going to do a comparison of several countries efforts to bridge the digital divide then this would fit with our mission. Also, I don't understand what you mean by "the effects of this global issue to the teaching and learning processes".
Overall all, this proposal needs to focus on the purpose on our conference and add a great deal more detail about what will be in the proposal as it relates to global.
You have 12 hours to re-submit if you want to try again.
This is not a general education conference; we are focused on topics related to global collaboration. Please review our mission and edit accordingly.
