I need your help! I am taking a graduate course on Exploring Leadership and Globalization. Our professor has assigned us to post a topic for discussion on this site in hopes that we can receive input from several members. The topic I have chosen is in regards to standardized testing. While standardized testing is designed to measure student growth, does it measure what skills students need to one day be successful in the global market? I would greatly appreciate any thoughts or opinions on this topic!

Are you talking about any standardized tests?
There are many of them to test English as a foreign language and those could meet both proficiency and working skills.
