You are invited to a Global Birthday Bash celebrating 300 years of STEAM, celebrating Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts, and Mathematics. Pioneer Thomas Newcomen with his steam engine invention in 1712, encouraged a birth of new technologies, industries, and engineering that utilized science, the arts, and math . How did the STEAM engine foster change and lead to new technologies? How are other industries and inventions connected to this event? How does your local community benefit from STEAM inventions past, present, and future? Students from Dublin ISD in Dublin, Texas and Mount Olive Middle School in New Jersey are interested in hosting a global youth learning exchange celebrating ideas, inventions, the arts, engineering, math, science and entrepreneurship.
