Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Discover how students can investigate culture as anthropologists or sociologists would by using their mobile device in the classroom. Experience through numerous activities how in this student-centered approach to culture, students in middle and high school can do cultural analysis, understand connections and differences within a culture, and find similarities by using their mobile device to bring authentic culture into the class Students come to understand the culture through their own analysis, not the teacher's presentation.
