Taking the Mystery Skype to the Next Level

Teaching World History to a group of students can be a challenge for even the best teacher but when a primary source can be added in the very country that you are studying it can definitely enhance the unit of study.  That is why the Mystery Skype process can be so appealing.  Unfortunately, that one and done approach is less than fulfilling.   My classes are doing so much more.  My classes interact with students around the world for the entire unit and learn much more than just historical facts and figures.  Find out how you can incorporate global learning into each unit where your students cannot wait to get to your class and tell you about their new friends from around the world.
