Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
The WorldVuze platform was designed for students from elementary to secondary school to share and explore multiple perspectives on any question with other students around the world. For every question asked, student perspectives can be clustered geographically and compared within and between places – city to city, region to region, country to country.
During our pilot, we will be working with over 20 schools from 10 countries with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Teachers and students participating come from diverse backgrounds not only geographically, but also from many subject areas, including Social Studies, Geography, Civics, English, and even Math.
During this session, we will undergo a brief overview of the platform and delve into case studies of how these classrooms are using global student perspectives for teaching and learning.
