Digital transformation increases the use of EdTech and digital devices in training and education environment.
EdTech makes education more accessible and enables the creation of immersive learning experiences, but it also creates new needs and to some extent new reality.
In order to make the best of it, all stakeholders (IT, teachers, principals, coordinators and project managers) must have effective instructional and administrative tools.
My talk will focus on:
*The stakeholders (including new ones, e.g. coaches)
*The new and effective instructional and administrative tools they must have
*And how to overcome difficulties
The objective of my talk will be to give a brief overview, present a problem, offer a solution and explain its process.
The outcome for participants should be:
1. To be more familiar with the problem
