Bob Barboza and a team of USA educators have just returned home from meeting with teachers and students on the Cabo Verde Islands. Bob spoke at the International Fifth Congresso on the topics of Kids Talk Radio Science, Jr. Medical School, and "The Cabo Verde Tenth Island Project." After his talk he was able to meet with Cabo Verde President Pedro Pires. All parties have agreed to start project based learning on two islands. One of our goals is to work as an international team to create the worlds most perfect island. We will focus on environmental science and we have a wonderful set of tech tools for iPads, iTouch, iPhones, Mac's and PC's. Teachers and students from around the world are welcome to join our virtual "Cabo Verde Tenth Island Project" design teams. Kids Talk Radio is in a position to publish teacher and student contributions. We welcome text, video and audio podcasts, and any comments on what it takes to create the worlds most perfect island. Our projects are free open to parents, teachers, students and other members of the international community. We want to work together with our international partners to make this world a better place.
