I love the National Public Radio series, This I Believe. Famous and not so famous people write and read essays on their core values and thoughts on life. Recently, Matt Harding published his This I Believe and you can read it and listen to it here. If you are not familiar with Matt, he's traveled the world and videotaped himself dancing a silly dance in amazing locations. His three videos are posted in the GEC; a 2006 version, a 2008 version, and one where he plots his favorite places in Google Earth.
Why don't we do our own version of this idea? How about Where in the World is Your School? Each participant school could film a silly dance in a special place, and maybe a school could volunteer to write the soundtrack in Garageband. Any takers on this?

Hey Lucy
I heard you at the WEMTA convention in Madison, WI in March. Great ideas and your website is terrific. I, too, love This I Believe and I usually hear it when I am arriving at school, but I always have to wait to hear the whole story until I can turn off my car.
I would be very happy to help with this project. Let me know what is next...would there be a way that we could have pictures taken on the same date at the same time?
