Kate,
This is something I am trying to promote through my forum www.worldedinformant.com and will be presenting on as well. I am interested to hear your thoughts and directions on this and whether you are focusing mainly on fostering communication between educator or including other stakeholders in education as well. I am on the other side of the world so I am not sure when your presentation is and whether I will be able to attend, but I would love to discuss this more with you.

Please edit this proposal and make sure it ties directly to the mission of the conference: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/notes/The_GEC_Mission_Stat.... Keep in mind that this is not a general education conference, but an event focused on global collaboration and opportunities for such collaboration.
