Full Session Description (one paragraph minimum):
I have asked Zoe Page to present with me about a collaborative project we have worked on. Here is the description:
Digging deep, creating opportunities for global collaborations between children that have depth. Ben and Zoe will share their experience of an in-depth engagement between their two Kindergarten classes in Borneo and Japan. They will offer examples of how they have have made tools like Twitter, Skype, Google docs, blogs and eBooks work for younger learners to collaboratively write a 5 chapter book and publish it to the iTunes Bookstore. Ben and Zoe's philosophy is to work from the children's interests, work in depth and not create extra work for themselves or the children. They invite participants to share and critically evaluate their experiences of global collaborating. Ben and Zoe will give opportunities for discussion, focusing on strategies for global collaboration that may work in your setting.

Hi Ben, great to see your submission and now it really talks the global education language.Love the work you do in global connections and collaboration, so thank you for being willing to share your great work. Hope that I can attend your session.
Hi Benjamin -
This proposal is promising, but it needs more language to explain how you use technology to foster global competency in your students. Please elaborate and discuss how these projects help connect classrooms to communicate and collaborate. Keep in mind that this is not a pure technology conference!
