Volunteers needed to complete conference endorsed activities such as moderating sessions in order to be eligible for the certificate.

If you submitted a request for a volunteer certificate and your name does not appear here, it is likely that you did not list any moderated sessions or appear in our volunteer calendar. Next year, make sure to join our advisory board and our volunteer groups to learn more about volunteer opportunities.

I have seen in Box and downloaded the certificate as a volunteer, but not if my mistake or omission can not find the Keynote of my lecture. I do something wrong?
