Participants will understand what it personalized learning.
Participants will address obstacles to personalized learning.
Participants will design action plans to implement personalized learning for students.

I believe in the power of social learning, so there will be peer interaction as well as interaction between speaker and audience. The session will vary between presentation of information (the "what", the "how") and participant work/discussion time. I will work to have no more than 25% of the time for presentation of information, with the remaining time for work and discussion among the participants.
