Short bio or reason for joining Actionable Innovations Global:

CHUN-CHAN HSU is a Project Manager at the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF)—a non-profit organization acting on behalf of Taiwan government to deliver foreign assistances. She received Master degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University in the United States. Her graduate work consisted of study of internationalization of higher education and its links to educational assistance. She was a Fulbright recipient in Foreign Language Teaching Assistantship Program. Her research interests include strategic planning in international development organizations, development of cross-border education, and international educational assistance.
