Dr. Lawrence Bolar. I am a motivated, enthusiastic author and educator who foster a cohesive, culturally responsive student-learning atmosphere while cultivating a captive audience of readers. I am an instructional leader who has earned trust and respect from colleagues and stakeholders for more than twenty years. I am a transformational leader with exemplary interpersonal skills and proven track record. I have worked in K-12 public school education as a teacher, school counselor, and administrator. I would like to conduct a presentation on Understanding the Dynamics of The 21st Century Minority Student. The presentation is essentially on cultural responsiveness centered on three very important topics, educators face while interacting with K-12 minority students. The dynamics of the presentation will focus on Student Environment, Parental Engagement, and Student Responses.
