Short bio or reason for joining Actionable Innovations Global:
My reason for joining GEC is to make another step in maximising my social impact - in other words driving human development on a global level. I am passionate about the provision of equal acces to target-group specific education on a secondary and tertiary level, as well as minority empowerment and human rights. Currently, I lead a talented team of 20 composed by teachers and designers. Together, we are building the 'Fuse School' charity, a project in the field of 'ICT for Education'. Our aim is to create a complete Videpedia of Learning - composed by 3500 learning videos in 6 secondary school subjects, covering the essence of what secondary learners should learn to realise their potential in adult life. This resource is entirely free to the world and accessibel to all under a crative commons license. For our charitable initiative, I set the strategy and programme plan, recruit my team members, project-manage them during the production of digital teaching materials, audio recordings and animation, as well leading the way in starting new initiatives and innovation with new stakeholders. Our mission is to provide great education to millions of learners who need it most - so that they can improve their lives and communities. Our specialist teachers & talened animators from accross the globe co-create a complete library of secondary education videos for students and teachers alike - in the Sciences, Maths, EFL & ICT. All of this is free to the world as Open Educational Resources under a Creative Commons License. These resources are not only available on YouTube EDU, but also on our 'FuseSchool' Open Platform and mobile app - in a free, personalised learning & teaching experience.
