I am the technology coordinator in an elementary school on Long Island, New York. We have access to Video Conferencing (ISDN lines) and we also have a webcam and we use SKYPE to collaborate online.

    Hello Maria, for international collaboration projects, you might take a look at iEARN (International Education and Resource Network). We've been linking classes for 20 years to enable students to engage in interactive projects online--first between the USSR and USA in 1988. We now have programs in 125 countries, 28,000 member schools, and 2 million students working together daily on 300 projects. Take a look at:
