    I just saw your comments in the chat. I am not online 24 hours a day to answer questions. The best place to put questions about the conference is in our main discussion forum. 

    The call for proposals is listed here: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/page/call-for-proposals. There is not much I can do to help if you have issues understand the step by step directions.

    Also, as noted on the aforementioned page, and also on the front page of our web site, the call for proposals deadline was Saturday, November 1. In about a week, I'm going to review any submissions made after November 1 and will accept proposals until the schedule is full. These late proposals also must be related to the mission of our conference: http://www.globaleducationconference.com/notes/The_GEC_Mission_Stat.... Late presenters may not have an ideal choice of presentation times because the schedule is quite full.

    Hi, sorry, it was getting late at night so I logged out. VCE stands for Victorian Certificate of Education. It is a two year certificate.  In year 12 students study  the second year of their certificatebefore they finally leave school. These students are approximately 18 years of age and from their VCE scores they either gain entrance to Australian Universities or not. Hope that makes sense. I teach business management and accounting to VCE students.
