I'm the founder and director of Learning Life, an educational nonprofit based in Washington DC. Learning Life’s mission is to innovate education and citizen engagement beyond school walls.
Global education projects or initiatives in which you are involved (if applicable):
Learning Life’s flagship program is the Family Diplomacy Initiative, which connects families worldwide on Facebook to share and learn together about their lives (learninglife.info/fdi). We also run an international mentoring program that helps opens the world to kids from lower-income backgrounds in Washington DC, USA (learninglife.info/mentor).
